Welcome to the website of the Nassau County High School Principals’ Association (NCHSPA). This site serves as gateway to our members, our schools and the myriad of programs that we sponsor and run for the students of Long Island.

As the President of our organization, I am proud of what we do as principals. The job of leading a Long Island high school is of critical importance to the young people we serve. We are all acutely aware of the joy that our students feel as a result of the programs and opportunities that we provide. We also know firsthand of the difficulties that we face every day in making our schools the very best they can be.

Within the Members Area of this site, members can find summary responses to countless surveys that have been posted on the listserv over the past several years. We hope that these results can provide insight and guidance.
